Day 16 (phase 2) Dream Droppers – down 14.2 pounds
I just wanted to share that 16 days ago I weighed 167.8 pounds and this morning I weighed 153.6. I lost 14 pounds in 16 days.
I haven’t been hungry. I have more energy than I’ve ever had, but never feel “over stimulated” like if I were on caffeine pills. I’m eating more quality food than I’ve ever eaten.
I feel the drops are doing what they are, supposed to do, namely curb my appetite, prevent fatigue, headaches, or mood swings.
I wake up at 6:00 refreshed and ready to start my day – however, I stay under my down comforter and flannel sheets until 7:00.
I feel like I am maintaining muscle tone, and my bioimpedence scale would indicate that I’m losing fat, but not muscle.
I haven’t been under 160 for as many years as I can remember, and a good amount of time I was nearly 170.
I remember going to my pediatrician for the last time and him telling me that I weighed 127 and that if I stayed there for the rest of my life I’d do just fine. Well, I don’t think 127 would be a good weight for me. That would be jockey weight for me. Come to think of it, that’s probably what I weighed when I was in horseshoeing school in 1986.
Anyway, I am so grateful to Dr. Mike Chandler for helping me to get on this protocol. It’s been the easiest weight loss program I’ve ever done. I think the key for me is how fast the weight is coming off. My jeans are starting to fit pretty lose.
My goal was 25 pounds in 40 days. I’m fairly certain I’ll accomplish that or more. I have it in my mind I’d like to get down to 137. That would actually be a 30 pound loss from my high of 167.8.
